Order Processing Timeline

Frost Buddy processes all orders within 1-3 business days after you place them. Weekends and holidays are excluded from this timeframe, so any orders placed during those times will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order is processed, it is handed off to the carrier for shipment.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Offer

For shipments within the United States, Frost Buddy provides free shipping on orders over $70. If your order total is under $70, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

After your order ships, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery within the U.S. The exact duration depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking Your Shipment

A tracking number will be emailed to you once Frost Buddy creates your shipping label. If the tracking status shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait an additional 1-2 days because carriers sometimes scan packages before they actually arrive.

Address Accuracy and Returned Packages

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order to avoid errors. If a package is returned to Frost Buddy due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can usually reship it. Note that additional shipping charges will apply for reshipping returned packages.
